WOW! You blog-stalkers have missed a lot!! I don't have a lot of time right now but, I will keep this short and sweet.

Last Saturday, the 21st was my grandpa's memorial service. It was beautiful but, not a great day to be at your emotional low-point -thanks to being a female ;)
The next day (Sunday) it was decided that we would be moving the next weekend, not by choice but, for necessity (the new people were moving into the house on the 28th no matter what!!! - BLAH!!)
Tuesday was the day that my dad went back to Indiana and I went to work at the crack of dawn. After work, Kaden and I went to Grandma Valerie's to help her do some packing and have dinner. Joe was at his usual Tuesday basketball game (they won, of course).
Wednesday we went to work as normal and started packing that night. Joe's dad and sister's were nice enough to come and help (THANK YOU)!! It didn't take us as long as I would have thought but, it was really hard work. Also, we had packed my sleeping medicine so, I got about three hours of sleep that night. :(

Thursday was not any easier. Joe stayed home from work and packed the moving truck (by himself) while I was at work (half awake). He finally got the first load emptied at about 11:00 PM (I think, I don't really remember the exact time). Then, he went back to the Draper house with his dad and sister's to load the "big" stuff. The rest is a blur (half awake again). All I remember is that we didn't lay down until about 5:00 AM!!
Friday was exhausting for both of us. I don't think we have ever been that tired in our lives. However, we made it through the day and somehow managed to come home and unpack a little. Also, Friday was Kade's third birthday!! WOW, he just keeps getting bigger (obviously). It is just incredible how smart he is getting. I love our little conversations and I love that he is taking on mine and Joe's personality and is so sarcastic!! We went to Lone Star for dinner the Toys R' Us to get Kade a present. We got him a cool little train set before his birthday but, I thought that it came with a battery operated train but, it didn't. So, I had to go buy the cool train that "went by itself." (AKA battery operated). Then, we ran to Smith's really quick to get him a little cake and ice cream. When we got home, Grandma had some friends and their daughters over for dinner. It was really nice because we had a little birthday party for Kaden Luke!!
Today, Joe went to basketball at 6!! I don't know how he manages to wake up this early on a Saturday... I SLEPT IN until 8:30, thanks to Gma, who was nice enough to play with Kade and drink black coffee with him(decaf - don't worry) this morning. WHAT A WEIRD LITTLE KIDDO! We packed grandma and unpacked us, all day long. Officially, Grandma is living in Ogden and the home is ours~ WOW! This went so FAST!! So, friends come by and visit us!!
Also, Kade's birthday party has been postponed until next Sunday at 1:00 PM. Cake and ice cream... call me for the address!!
